Beecroft Lions Art Exhibition will be on again this Year! Join us for Opening Night with cocktails 6.30 pm Friday evening 24th Sep. Tickets for opening night are $20 and may be purchased from Ray White Beecroft. The Art Exhibition will then be open at no charge for visitors daily on Sat 25th Sep 10 am – 3 pm & Sun 26th Sep 10 am – 3 pm. We thank our sponsor Ray White Beecroft for supporting our 2nd Beecroft Lions Art Exhibition.

Sat 25th Sept 2010, springtime will be celebrated in Beecroft with the ‘Beecroft in Bloom’ Festival. Activities around Beecroft planned for this year’s festival day include market stalls, food stalls, school bands, face painting, jumping castle, animal farm, pony rides, heritage group display and more is being arranged.

Peace Poster Competition

The Competition for 2010 is open to students who are 11, 12 or 13 years old on November 15, 2010.

The theme for the 2010 compettion is ‘Vision of Peace‘.

Entrants may use a variety of mediums including charcoal, crayon, pencil and paint to express a new theme developed each year to spark their imagination. The works created are unique and express the young artist’s life experience and culture. There are guidelines which entries need to meet which include size, material and other criteria.
