Christmas

In December, our members will help bring Christmas Cheer to Beecroft, with Lions Christmas Cakes, Santa coming to visit with his smile for the photos and with his writing hand primed to answer the letters from the children of Beecroft. Also, Santa’s elves will make time to assist Beecroft’s younger generation (and the older ones if they like), in Christmas tree decorations and gift making at their little craft workshops.

Santa Is Coming to Beecroft for Photos!

Santa will make Pre-Christmas visits to Beecroft  Village Arcade on 11th and 18th December 2010 between 10am and 12pm.

Children can have their photo taken with Santa and emailed to their parents at home, (a gold coin donation would be most welcome).

Letters to Santa?

Santa’s mailbox will be at Beecroft Village Arcade in December 2010. Children may place their letters in the mailbox and the Lions of Beecroft – Cheltenham will help to make sure they make it to the North Pole. Children are asked to please include their name and address so Santa’s elves can make sure the reply arrives before Christmas.  Any donations to the Lions Club of Beecroft – Cheltenham will be greatly appreciated.

Children’s Christmas Craft – Would you like to make presents for your family?

Santa’s elves will help children make presents for their families, at the Christmas workshop in the Beecroft Village Arcade  on the 11^th and 18^th December 2010 between 10am and 12pm.

Gingerbread House Making

An evening building and decorating Gingerbread Houses for Christmas will be planned during December 2010.  (Just follow us on Facebook or Twitter to receive an update on the date and time, or check back here in November).  Gingerbread house kits and a range of lollies and icing will be on hand to create wonderful houses covered in lollies to take home for Christmas.
